Vipor Redesign Concept Sketch

This is another concept sketch of 1 of 3 fake'mon starters that I will be redesigning. I remember I got a comment from * and he told me that Vipor appeared to look intimidating and I thought about making him look more cute and innocent. Here's some quick info about Vipor:

Description: It liquifies itself to flow with the water currents since it's body isn't well-developed to swim in it's normal form.
